These first five images (all except the 3lb'er) of Sheephead fish were all caught within one
hour of each other. This
one here weighed 5lbs 11oz and measured 23".
|
Here's another shot of the same fish. These Freshwater Drums were caught on the Beaver River
by the New Brighton dam.

Scott caught this 3lb 12oz Sheephead off a nightcrawler.
|
This was the first Sheephead of the night. Starting out at 5lb 1oz and
measuring 22.5", we new this would be a great
night of fishing!

Ed, as usual, had to top everyone off. The last fish of the night, when we thought
we finally outfished him, he pulled in this 6lb 13oz, 23.5" monster! Yep, you guessed it.
Chunk-o-Worm!
|
Another shot of Ed's fishy... If you're wondering why these images are in black and white,
Ed and I are wondering the same thing. Scott claims it's "artistic".

What a bad picture. This is the worst possible angle for a fish this size. I know
this fish measured 24", but this picture says otherwise. Jodi caught this Drum.
|
Another picture of Jodi's Sheephead.

Jodi snagged this 23+" Drum the very next day at the same spot on the river.

I'm fishing off the new platform on my boat.

I hooked this 24", 6LB 5OZ Striper at the Brighton Dam off an orange shallow shad rap Rapala in May '03.
|
This Sucker took a PA Citation and took the same shallow shad rap, weighing in at 2LB 14OZ and 17.25"

|
Scott caught this Walleye off a green Rapala deep diving shad rap. 4LB 4OZ and 24" long.
|
I'm fishing right now. Pics coming soon...
